Happy Tuesday y´all,
(post contains affiliate links/Werbung/Markennennung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links-not sponsored)
it is raining cats and dogs today. I woke up to fog and shortly after that it started to pour. Not the best weather to make a hair style happen or hold and Chloe also hates to get wet from above. But guys let me tell you something, I am more than delighted that headbands are back in action (not only because I love Blair Waldorfs style). Headbands (or hair accessories in general) help so much with these awful weather situations and also if you haven´t had time to wash your hair. The perfect solution for the days inbetween marvellous hair styles or if you just want to go big to complement them.
In fact this was a kind of thrown together outfit I liked so much I had to share. I threw it on after my aunts had been here for coffee and when the weather got significantly worse and I only had 20 minutes to get ready until my husband picked me up for going out for dinner.
My go-to pieces are always a nice pair of jeans or denim skirt and a flowy fun printed blouse. These are mostly the key parts I build my look on (if it is hot or nice outside I just throw on a dress – which is even easier). From there I add all the fun pieces I love to create a new look like a belt, a pretty pair of shoes and of course hair accessories. The current hair trends totally got me from hair scarves to headbands to pearly hair clips and stylish barrettes.
Do you have any favorites you can throw on immediately and feel chic and good to go outisde? Also how about adding a headband into your hair routine and what is it about this awful weather, can´t stop complaining about it!!!
As always thanks for stopping by. Take care. See you.
