Happy Hump Day ladies,

Christmas festivities are right around the corner and in today´s post I wanted to share this quick and easy but good looking mocktail with you. I made it a mocktail cause this way everyone can have a sip but you could easily add some champagne or vodka if you like.

So for the ingredients this is what I used:

– cranberry juice

– grapefruit juice

– sparkling water

– pomegranate seeds

– crushed ice

– alkohol if needed

All I did was mix the two juices and the water in equal parts and put crushed ice into the glasses. Then I poured in the mixture and added pomegranate seeds on top. Et voilá it looks super cute. You could also add some greenery like rosemary if desired.

After editing the photos I thought this would also be a great gift for a hostess. Take the tray and the glasses with the golden rim and add the juices plus a bottle of champagne to it and a fresh pomegranate and rosemary stems. Wrap it in clear wrapping foil and you have another great gift.

Happy Monday you guys,

(post contains affiiliate links/Werbung/Markennennung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links-not sponsored)

it was a pretty relaxed weekend over here with lots of naps and food other than that I caught on blog stuff and we baked gingerbread cookies together with Emilia.

It was her first time doing something like that and since she loves to help in the kitchen she was super happy about it and of course ate some of the dough too but I mean that´s what baking is all about am I right?!

The gingerbread dough was pre-made and cooled so it was pretty easy to handle. In fact I got it from the food section of Ikea. Yes you heard that right. We went to Ikea just for cookie dough.

All of my decor like the gingerbread baloon is from Pink Dots Party Store. You can shop after seasons and / or colors so it is a pretty easy experience. I get so many of my party stuff from there no matter the ocassion.

Foggy Fall Picnic…

….

Who doesn´t love a picnic with lot´s of delicious things to eat and drink ??? And let me tell you something, it is definitely not restricted to Summer nor the weather.

We had a short but sweet little picnic in the midst of a foggy morning and it definitely had its charm. I mean how cool does the fog look in the back of the picture.

If you want to do anything outside this time of the year warm clothing is the key or living in Florida would be another great possibility 😉

My favorite shoes for icey weather always have been and always will be UGG boots. I know opinions differ a lot about them but they are the only pair that keep my feet warm.

Are you still trying to do as much outside stuff as the weather gets colder or are you and inside gal?

Pumpkin Spice Mini Bundt Cakes topped with Black and White Chocolate…

….

Happy Friday you guys,

(post contains affiliate links/Werbung/Markennennung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links-not sponsored)

I am coming in hot with a sweet treat today – Pumpkin Spice Mini Bundt Cakes with White and Black Chocolate and little leaves on top. THE perfect addition to your afternoon Fall coffee.

And let me tell you they are super easy. All I did was get a bundt cake mix and I just added the pumpkin spice and cinnamon into the batter and put it into the cake tins.

While the little cakes cool down you can use the heat in the oven to melt down the chocolate.

Sprinkle the chocolate on top of your cakes and add a cute Fall treat to it. The leaves I got here are edible paper. Aren´t these stinkin´cute ???

Fall bakery is my absolute favorite. I am going to make pumpkin bread tomorrow and also have planned some pumpkin spice waffles for next week.

We are driving to a pumpkin garden tomorrow and I am so excited cause I haven´t seen any real pumpkins since last year. So I can finally get started on my front porch decor.
