….

Hi guys

and happy Friday. I wanted to post another post today – one a little more on the personal side- but I recognized before posting it, I hadn´t have any picutres for it. #absolutebloggerfail So I am continuing with this look we shot in the snow last week. This was the most we got but others regions where totally shot down and no one could get in or out of there so I am really glad about that.

The Look

I am a total skirt girl. Picking skirts and dresses over anything else so I wanted to share this adorable pleated school girl chic skirt with you. It is an old piece but there are lots of similar styles out there. So for the bottom I have worn a pair of black tights and a pair of overknee boots. Since the pattern and color is going on on top I wanted to keep it pretty simple.

The bell sleeve trend was made for me. I love the romantic touch it adds established as other prints which came out lately. The pullover has a cropped fit so it fit perfectly over the blouse and left just as must uncovered to have a nice look at the print.

The lipstick I am wearing in the picutres above is called Lady Danger and is from MAC. It matches the color a 100%. In fact this was my first ever lipstick I got from MAC and it hooked me forever. I recently wrote a post about my favorite red lipsticks. You can read about it here

So for the other post I wanted to share, I am going to schedule it for next week or even for Sunday. Not quite sure how I get around on taking the picutres. But there is a lot of personal stuff going on these days so my time got limited and I also am not as creative. Hopefully this comes back quickly but I still have lots of fashion posts planned for you guys.

Be sure to check back tomorrow for my weekly round-up. Have a nice evening. to any kind of shirt/sweater/blouse. It might not always be the most practical but if I am honest most of the time I choose style over anything else. The windowpane pattern has been here for a while and while I like it a lot it hasn´t gotten as established as other prints which came out lately. The pullover has a cropped fit so it fit perfectly over the blouse and left just as must uncovered to have a nice look at the print.

Winter Style // Faux Fur Collar Cardigan + black flower dress on sale for under 10 €….

dress Mango / faux fur collar cardigan old similar here and here / H&M patent pumps / lips Maybelline Superstay in color Lover / hand bag from Fashion Drug, origianal here similar here

….

Hi guys,

(post contains affiliate links/Werbung/Markennennung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate Links-not sponsored)

the days are still short and it is still cold outside (not a surprise in the middle of January over here) but at least the snow is gone.

I have been wearing this look about two weeks ago and also the exact same about two month before and I have to say a faux fur collar doesn´t hurt at all. Not only does it look like a light and modern version of a fur coat Anastasia would wear, it also makes you feel warm and fancy.

I paired it with a black dress full of flowers, I got from the Mango online shop some time ago. The dress also includes hues of olive and and white but I think to go with grey accessories was the best choice here.

This really is a easy and flowy winter outfit. I am always all about dresses and skirts before pants. It is just way nicer than wearing pants. We have all the possibilities here so we gotta take advantage of that.

Thanks for stopping by. Take care. See you.

Wedding Wednesday – details on my Wedding Dress….

….

Good morning y´all,

(post contains not sponsored links/Werbung/Beitrag enthält Markennennung, Verlinkung)

I am more than happy to shar another Wedding Wednesday post around here. Still have to left after this one. It was getting a little quiet with my wedding posts because the holiday content was just too much so this one had to go back to drafts until a free Wednesday which is today.

It is probably the most important post of this series – the wedding dress. The bride wouldn´t be a bride without it so I wanted to share as many information about mine as I can.

I didn´t have the most detailed idea of what dress I wanted, the only three things which were very important to me are sleeves, a button tape with white buttons on the back and a long dress.

My dress style is between an a-line and ball gown dress since I have such much faric (seven skirts underneath).  The dress has an in-built corset and a natural waistline (which works very well for every body type). Around the waist line is a belt draped with a little flower arrangement including some silvery pearls.

The neckline is sweetheart and covered with a longleeve made from lace and flower embroidery on the sleeves and on the neckline. Now we are at my favorite part of the dress. The low back with the many many white silk buttons I wanted so badly. A little plus for me – the sleeves also had buttons. Wasn´t too good for getting ready but I had one bridesmaid on each arm and my mum at the back so the buttons where closed in time.

I have never heard of the designer before. It is a Belgian label called Jarice Bridal and my style is called My Dream from their Elegance line. I have to admit I didn´t have a special designer in mind. I just wanted a dress I was a 100 % happy with and I found it. In the first store after trying on about 15 dresses.

It had to be fitted twice. First they shortened it and the second time they made it a little wider around the waist cause I was so anxious it wouldn´t fit on my wedding day but it did and was perfect.

Looking back I wouldn´t change a thing about the dress and get the same one again.

Thanks for stopping by and if you are a bride-to-be be sure to check out my wedding tab. Maybe your can find some information to help you plan your big day.
