Happy Friday y´all,

I am so happy the weekend is here and we don´t have any plans to go out on the evenings so it´s going to be two great days of staying in (cooking together) and enjoying our garden plus Chloe is with us and we enjoy that very much all the time. It is going to be super hot on the weekend again so for that I tried out an adult popsicle recipe for you and I think it is a hit. Not to sweet with lots of fresh fruit. If you want to step up your Frosé game this is it.
I love strawberry season cause I really enjoy baking or making things out and with strawberries. In need of cute little strawberry mini cakes (view the recipe here) for a Sunday brunch or an addition to a gift like homemade strawberry jam for any other strawberry lover. Or what about a delicious and juicy cheesecake for the recipe topped with fresh strawberries? The opportunities are endless for strawberry dishes. So since the last recipes mostly were baked I am sharing a easy non-baking and cold one today.
Strawberry Frosé Popsicles
I have to admit I don´t have any meassurings cause this has been a first for me and I didn´t think it turn out eatable. But that only proves how easy it is and that you can do it as wel..
– fresh strawberries
– cup of your favorite rosé
– agave nectar to sweeten if needed
I washed the strawberries and cut of the stems and put them into the blender to the rosé afterwards. Then I added some agave nectar (you can add sugar as well or as many nectar as you would like). Blended it for about 2 minutes. I added some rosé afterwards to have enough liquid for all the mouldings.
After that I put it in the freezer for the night and the popsicles where perfectly frozen in the morning. I would say it takes about 8 hours to freeze proper but I would definitely make it a day in advance if you need more for a party or something like that.
Try it and let me know what you think ? Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend.
