are you already waiting for yesterday´s announced strawberry cheesecake recipe ? Here it is. Simple as can be without any crust and rich and flavorful texture and taste topped with sweet and bold strawberries. The recipe has been in my family for a long time and we have been baking this cheesecake for about ten year now. I really don´t know were the original recipe is from. All I have is a piece of paper full of batter and smudged ink. Bu it works for us and after I typed it down for you it will be perfectly fine for you. The strawberries are optional here cause I love them and they are seasonal at the moment. The cheesecake also tastes perfect without any fruit.
