Who doesn´t love a quick and easy dinner option that has nothing to do with expensive take-away options? Got your interest already – then read on.

I have been loving quick and easy food options lately cause between feedings and pumping and diaper changes there often isn´t much time left to get creative in the kitchen so I have been collecting quick recipes and tried a bunch of them. Today I am sharing my own modified Club Sandwich recipe with you guys.

The ingredients aren´t too fancy so there is a high chance that you already have everything you need at home. I added sweet potoatoe fries to our plates but it isn´t necessary cause it is filling enough. Just a nice idea for a side dish.

Club Sandwich Ingredients

– toast

– ham

– bacon

– lettuce

– mayonnaise

– eggs

It is pretty much stack as you like. You can add as much ingredients on your sandwich as you like. I love a fully stacked sandwich and added a lot from everything but that really is a personal matter.

Did you try out new recipes during quarantine time or did you stick to your go-to´s?

Oh boy it has been like forever since I have posted a recipe over here. I really don´t know why but I think because of my pregnancy I had so many food aversions and wasn´t too happy about eating so food posts seemed a little off.

But I am slightly getting back into my normal posting scheme so here I am today with an awesome breakfast recipe, a ovenbaked pancake called Dutch Baby.

It is super simple, has only three ingredients and takes in total 25 minutes from start to finish.

Ingredients

– 2 eggs

– 180 ml milk

– 100 gr flour

– mixt the eggs with the flour

– mix the egg/flour mixture with the milk

– put butter in your oven form/pan and heat these up in the oven togehter

– after the butter has melted pour your batter into it and put back into the oven

– let it bake for 20 minutes

– I sprinkled some powdered sugar over it and topped it of with raspberries

Super easy to make and super delicious. I am a total breakfast gal and I missed having these kinds of breakfasts during my pregnancy cause I couldn´t eat carbs.

Definitely going to share a ton of recipes soon cause now that we are held in quarantine I have time to cook every day and tried some delicious things you will be able to remake soon.

Hi you guys,

(post contains affiliate links/Werbung/Markennennung/Beitrag enthält Affiliate LInks-not sponsored)

and welcome to my first holiday post regarding the Easter festivities. No one knows if it is possible to celebrate Easter with anyone else than the people you are quarantined at home this year but nevertheless I wanted to share a colorful Easter table scape in yellow and navy. I just love to create table decoration set ups. This is were I can be super creative.

For this years Easter holiday my color theme is yellow and navy. I absolutely love a bright yellow for every- and anything and my Easter decor for 2020 makes no exception here. The place mats are the same I have in several colors and I really like the material and shape. A woven place mat is perfect for Spring weather and upcoming holidays.

The cutest pieces of the whole table decor definitely are the yellow bunny napkin rings. The contrast with the navy cotton napkins makes the color pop right away.

Another cuter addition to the set up are the ceramic eggs in different colors and the little happy easter signs.

And for the frittata recipe, this is what you need:

– 4 teaspoons of milk

– 8 eggs

– 1/2 teaspoon of salt (if you want to add more feta leave the salt unless it is too much)

– scallions chopped

– 100 g cheddar cheese

– 150 g feta cheese

– 1 avocado to add as topping after baking)

– mix the eggs, milk and salt together and put into oven pan

– add chopped scallions, cheddar cheese and feta

– bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees

– add avocado slices before serving

….

Between all of the holiay hustle and bustle and all the presents and gift giving the simple things sometimes make the most for others. This could easily be a Christmas card with the best wishes or some sweet treats made by yourself.

A few weeks back I have seen a picture of these chocolate and sprinkle coverd pretzels and I thought this would be such a nice little gift for neighbours or co-workers or even some members of your family you don´t visit for Christmas.

All you need is a pack (or two – depends on how much you want to make) of pretzels, some candy melts and all the sprinkles you like.

Super easy to make. Melt the chocolate like instructed and dip pretzels halfway into the chocolate. Put sprinkles on top as long as the chocolate is still warm and let it cool down .

I decided to pack it up into little bags to gift but you could also use mason jars if you want to make it a lot fancier.
