Super Easy Last Minute Christmas Treats….

Between all of the holiay hustle and bustle and all the presents and gift giving the simple things sometimes make the most for others. This could easily be a Christmas card with the best wishes or some sweet treats made by yourself.

A few weeks back I have seen a picture of these chocolate and sprinkle coverd pretzels and I thought this would be such a nice little gift for neighbours or co-workers or even some members of your family you don´t visit for Christmas.

All you need is a pack (or two – depends on how much you want to make) of pretzels, some candy melts and all the sprinkles you like.

Super easy to make. Melt the chocolate like instructed and dip pretzels halfway into the chocolate. Put sprinkles on top as long as the chocolate is still warm and let it cool down .

I decided to pack it up into little bags to gift but you could also use mason jars if you want to make it a lot fancier.

I am sharing my last gift guide with you over here on my little blog today and it has been a near and dear one to my heart.

What to gift the expecting mom? The obvious would be something for the baby but that isn´t really what we want as there are a whole lot more opportunities than Christmas for that. If you know a thing that really helps a mom-to be to get through pregnancy by making it easier or more comfortable go for it, but only if you can really recommend it.

Expecting mom´s want to feel beautiful which isn´t always easy during pregnancy as it comes with a bunch of insecurities and bad days so gift presents that don´t add to that. It could be a pretty necklace with the baby´s name on it or a gorgeous shopper bag that could double as a diaper bag. It is not to hard to think of things. Also sets for pampering herself would make a great Christmas present.

Traditional Christmas Dinner Table Scape…

I hope you had a great weekend. The only purpose of our weekend was eating. I guess there are days were it is the only thing that sounds great. And oh boy we had a bunch of awesome meals.

Speaking of meals, as you might know I am hosting a family Christmas dinner on the first Christmas holiday each year and I love myself a pretty table scape. I have done plenty throughout the year but one of my favorite is always Christmas. There are just more possibilities for Christmas than any other holiday of the year.

For this years Christmas table scape I went with red as our tree is red as well and I have to admit I wasn´t so happy with my idea at first but found some pretty great pieces on amazon that changed my mind.

The poinsettia table runner is a real beaut and I totally love how it looks with the metallic red plates. From here I decided to go with golden cutlery cause the gold also is in the runner. I had the white napkin rings for ages and never used them cause they never really fit but there is a time for everything and the time is now. To add a playful touch to the table I added candy canes to the napkins. Not only do they fit in theme and color they also add a nice little guest present to the setting.

Also have you noticed our new dining room table. Got it in last weekend just in time for Christmas. It is supposed to fit a lot more people than our white table.

Beauty Addict Christmas Gift Guide…

I got my nails done for Christmas today (have a look at them on my stories) and it started snowing while I was at the salon so I am in the ultimate Christmas mood today. Currently sitting on my sofa writting this post with my lit Christmas tree and sippin´on a hot chocolate.

Since we are under 2 weeks away from Christmas I am sharing my penultimate gift guide on the blog today. I haven´t done as many as last year but I think the 19 gift guides are a lot more interesting cause they are different from a lot of the main guides that are around.

But of course there is one oldie but goodie – the beauty gift guide. I love to have a look at other beauty gift guides to see what the other blogger would recommend gifting in the beauty section.

There are a bunch of things from this gift guide I already got (mini ventilaor, silk pillow case, T3 Whirl Trio, Rituals Set, Wet Brush, Mac Primer, L.O.V eyeshadow palette, one-step hair dryer, velvet headbands) and love and would gift anytime and also some I would like to get. Just a little hint if my husband is reading my blog 😉
