I hope you had a great week. I personally am no huge fan of looking back on the passed year and never watch any of these types in the TV and especially with Covid hitting last year I really don´t want to go through it again. Although I must say giving birth to Emilia was the best day of my life and it also has been last year in the middle of the pandemic.

But one type of posts I always love to share and look back at are my top ten posts of the last year. I love seeing what you guys liked best and always try to go on with the most liked types of posts.

So with no further ado and also because it is Sunday and I have nothing new to tell cause we didn´t do anything else than lie around here are my top ten blog posts of 2020.

I have decided I am not doing a full review of my year cause these are everywhere to find these days and it can get overwhelming and annoying very quickly. So I have decided to round up my top 10 blog posts from last year.

As you can see it is a colorful mix of topics this year not only fashion. I love to share home and travel details with you guys as well as fashion and beauty. Beauty in general has become a huge favorite of mine as I had/wanted to switch out certain prodcuts because of my pregnancy but I am going to share a lot more of it in the next weeks. My top nine Instagram posts are below. With some of them I was really surprised but I guess that is the fun on these kind of things. You never know what comes out of it.

What to wear for NYE?

I am back with another NYE look today. I love sequins and velvet and all things glitter but to be honest all these materials aren´t made for everyday use so I figured why not create a look where all of the pieces can be worn and styled alone.

So I opted for a basic midi dress cause it is easy to style things around it. I got this one from amazon (they have about 7 different colors and I own six of them) which is available in a long and short sleeved version. It is under 20 and comes with prime shipping. The perfect dress for a bump but also super cute without.

To add some glamour to the look I went with a pair of fishnet tights – always adds some edge – and also a snake print blazer jacket. It has a satiny finish which makes it even more evening appropriate but you could also dress it down as easily.

This is the perfect NYE look if you want to get pieces you can wear year round and don´t have to wait for a special ocassion.

Happy New Year 2019…

Happy New Year Amigos,

I am just checking in now to wish you a happy new year. I have to admit I did not make any NY resolutions this year cause when I do I have to many and mostly too high goals I can never get accomplished and then I get frustrated and sad about things I shouldn´t be in the first place.

I have decided to only improve myself a little. Eat a little healthier, spend a little more time at the gym, help a little more where help is needed and overall be a little more kind and polite and thoughtful.

Hope you have had a nice evening and wishing you just the best for the start of the new year. Be sure to check back in the evening for a beauty products round up and what I got for Christmas.

Now I am going to finish my avocado toast and get myself ready for the day.
